Goal Setting sessions are very useful to consider on a quarterly or bi-annual basis. We consider a wide range of health fundamentals in our discussion. Not all goals need to be fitness focused but can also be very specific to one fitness achievement you'd like to work toward. Come with an open mind and we'll maximize your time.

InBody scans are often conducted in the morning for best results. You must be 3-5 hours fasted, not have consumed caffeine, and not have exercised or sweated. Please consider these limitations while requesting an appointment time.
